​At Scout Health, LLC, I go old school.  I offer a Human-First Approach to Professional and Personal Advocacy.

Screw the algorithms and ATS systems, I bring it back to phone calls and relationships. That’s how I roll. In a world obsessed with automated metrics and AI, the human element has been sidelined. I’ve spent over 15 years in recruiting, and I’ve seen the damage firsthand: candidates who don't feel heard and employers tired of "paper-perfect" hires who don't fit the culture.

I’ve evolved because while I still speak Pharma, our true product is the clarity that allows you to move forward with confidence. I exist in the "messy middle," bridging the gap through two distinct pillars:

I specialize in HCP & DTC Advertising and Medical Communications (Promotional MedEd, CME, Medical Affairs, and Managed Markets). I don't just "fill roles"—I connect agencies with the right personality and experience. By prioritizing transparency and "the vibe" up front, I find the talent that stays. I also provide "overwhelmed" HR teams with contract-based support during critical times of the year.

 

2. The Audacity of Honesty Coaching (A Scout Health Advocacy Service)

Honest Feedback & On-Call Coaching

The modern world can be a graveyard for passion and peace. Through this dedicated advocacy framework, I help individuals navigate life challenges and high-stakes pivots through a lens the corporate world often ignores:

After more than a decade in the trenches of talent acquisition, I realized that the biggest obstacle to a great career isn't a lack of skills, it's a lack of honesty. I know how it feels to be stuck and alone in a world of millions.

 

My approach to advocacy is simple: it's the honest, joint effort I wish I had when I was navigating my own 'messy middle'.  I’ve stood in those shoes, and I know the weight of feeling like you have nowhere to go.

Two Paths, One Goal

I founded Scout Health, LLC to ensure no one has to navigate these transitions alone. To solve the disconnect in the modern workplace, I provide two distinct paths:

  • High-Touch Recruiting: I’m going old school, trading algorithms and ATS systems for real conversations. I don’t just "fill roles"; I empathize with the person behind the resume and protect the high stakes for the client on the other side.

 

  • The Audacity of Honesty: This is my coaching framework for those who need to stop performing and start living. I use the same high-stakes precision I developed in executive recruiting to help individuals move past misalignment and find radical clarity.

 

Whether I am scouting top talent or coaching you through a difficult pivot, my goal remains the same: to provide the clarity, confidence, and dignity that the modern workplace often forgets.

STELLA ROSE | Chief Scout & Director of Audacity

Stella is the Chief Scout at Scout Health, LLC. She’s been a great addition to the team and helps to sniff out the best candidates. As our Director of Audacity, she embodies the core of our coaching philosophy: being unapologetically herself and living with the kind of bold honesty the modern workplace often tries to quiet.

Stella lives a pretty carefree life. Her days are filled with naps, trips to the food bowl, and sitting in the sun, but she’s known to have a wild side when a ball is thrown in her direction. She can sometimes be heard in the background during calls... we apologize!

Currently, she does not have a LinkedIn profile or email address because she can’t type or read. Once she improves these skills, we may consider it.
