Scout Health is a full service SPECIALIZED talent acquisition agency that also offers career coaching. We have over a decade of experience in Pharma Advertising (HCP & DTC), and Medical Communications (Promotional MedEd, CME, Medical Affairs, Managed Markets). We know what questions to ask and exactly what to look for in order to save you time and money.

We also provide HR assistance on a contract basis whenever you need us. We know there are certain times in the year that can become overwhelming to HR, so we are available to act in a supportive manner to get you through any critical time.

We go old school. Screw the algorithms and ATS systems, we bring it back to phone calls and relationships because that's how we roll. Our sweet spot is connecting agencies with the right personality AND experience, not just someone who looks good on paper.
Online Job Boards are becoming useless! Candidates want someone who is knowledgeable about the industry they're in and we speak pharma! Reputation, word of mouth, and the vibe they feel when they go to interview far exceeds the name on the door anymore. With social media at an all time high, it's crucial to engage candidates, build connections, network, and create trust, which is the foundation of Scout Health. Sarah fell into recruiting by answering a Craigslist ad in 2013. She's held every position you can imagine, but really found her passion once she was given the ability to use her creativity, resourcefulness, and instinct for helping people. She has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience with a slight touch of OCD. She's tenacious, loves the sport of learning, and tends to get immersed in anything she's told can't be done. We've all been in a position where we either dreaded going to work or didn't have a place to go at all. Sarah is no stranger to either. She truly empathizes with what her candidate's are feeling and what her client's are looking for.
STELLA ROSE | Chief Scout
Stella is the Chief Scout at Scout Health. She's been a great addition to the team and helps to sniff out the best candidates. Currently she does not have a LinkedIn profile or email address because she can't type or read. Once she improves these skills we may consider it.

Stella lives a pretty carefree life. Her days are filled with naps, trips to the food bowl, sitting in the sun, but she's known to have a wild side when you pull out a squeaky toy or throw a ball in her direction. She can sometimes be heard in the background during calls...we apologize!
